A bit about me...

My name is Karina O’Donnell and I’m a business mentor and coach who helps wedding and creative business owners to create the business they dream of.

I’ve been running a number of incredibly successful wedding businesses for 35 years including one I set up during the Pandemic lockdown in 2020. I’ve juggled setting up a business whilst being employed full-time in a highly competitive banking career and bringing up a young family.

I’ve made mistakes, trusted the wrong people and struggled with people telling me it’s not going to work. I like to think I’ve learned from those mistakes and have taken those challenges on, in order to become the award-winning business woman I am.

I have worked with many wedding professionals over the years and host a successful face to face networking group with over 140 members.

I am an Accredited strategist and a founding franchisee of The Business Success Company working with Lisa Johnson - strategist - to provide quality training and support for all business owners.
